Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Nuxt 3 (Vue 3), ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with backend developers and designers to create cohesive and integrated solutions.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Employ best practices for frontend development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining the architecture for the frontend, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings, providing technical insights and feedback.

Technical Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Nuxt 3 (Vue 3) and a thorough understanding of its core principles, including server-side rendering and component lifecycle.
  • Proficient with TypeScript and modern frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+).
  • Experience with state management patterns and solutions (Pinia or similar).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to connect with backend services.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Nuxt UI (Headless UI) and designing responsive user interfaces.

Location & Commute: 

  • Our office is located in north-west Sydney, with free parking available. A car is recommended for an easy commute.
