ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the team in Newcastle on a full-time basis.

Reporting to our Finance Business Partner, you will play a central administration and coordination role within the Finance Team. 

Key responsibilities for this position will include the following:

• National Accounts Payable support
• Processing supplier invoices and payment runs 
• Office administration and reception duties

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an individual who is able to manage a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth and professional administration.

To be considered for this position you will need the following:

• Experience in managing the Accounts Payable process in a medium to large enterprise
• A high level of computer literacy and proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A friendly, organised and professional demeanour.
• Experience in Jobpac or other construction software preferred
