Chan & Li International is a well-established company that has been providing quality food and packaging distribution services for over 35 years based in Liverpool, South-Western Sydney, New South Wales.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • End-to-end Mixmasta section -premix/blending section ensuring recipes are put through and recorded.
  • New end product and premix creation.
  • Hand on in bakery.
  • Stock management.
  • Product management.

Qualifications & experience

  • Must have previous pastry chef - cakes/ croissants/ danishes/ ect.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Understanding in regulatory requirements HACCP.
