The opportunity:
If you are passionate about fashion and footwear and are seeking growth in the eCommerce industry, then look no further. We are on the hunt for a dedicated and driven Digital Manager to oversee an exciting portfolio of brands in Australia’s third largest fashion retail group.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, the Digital Manager will be responsible for seeking growth and optimisation opportunities to drive the commercial success of some of our flagship brands. You will be responsible for managing our brand eCommerce Managers and overseeing their respective coordinators to drive a best in class experience across our website and marketplace channels whilst supporting the continual growth and development of your high performing team.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You are passionate about all things digital: from CRO to SEO, you know what it takes to drive strong commercial outcomes in eCommerce
  • You are a people person who loves managing people and senior business stakeholders, and are passionate about developing your team of direct reports
  • You live and die by numbers, understanding not only how to analyse data, but how to form strong, business outcomes and initiatives from your data
  • You have experience in UX and UI optimisation and know what a really, really, ridiculously good-looking website looks and functions like
  • You thrive off high pressure situations and love the challenge of working in the fast-paced fashion retail eCommerce landscape
  • You are seeking your first big step into senior management and are hungry for a challenge

What you’ll need to have to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Digital and eCommerce, with at least 2 years’ experience managing high performing teams
  • Experience working with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and AP21
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and the ability to drive positive ROAS through targeted campaigns
  • Experience working in marketing automation platforms and the ability to drive strong open rates, click through rates and conversion rates
  • Experience in SEO management and optimisation
  • Experience managing Digital P&L’s and budgets, with strong business acumen
  • Deep understanding of how CMS’s, OMS’s, ESP’s, and other retail technology platforms operate
  • Ability to connect diverse individuals with different goals, to facilitate productive discussion and action
  • Good technical understanding, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity
