We arelooking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Operations & Customer Centre in Seven Hills. This role will administer our customer feedback and complaints management systems and processes. As a first point of contact, Customer Service Representative will provide CDC’s customers with a positive experience through the delivery of timely and reliable customer information and responses to their queries.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from and be part of a highly experienced team which thrives on performing to achieve positive outcomes.
About You
- A strong customer service focus
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure feedback is presented accurately
- Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to:
- work independently
- solve problems on the spot and deal with ambiguity
- manage tasks in a timely manner
- adhere to Key Performance Indicators
- Good understanding of IT skills and the ability to learn specialist systems
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in a telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
- Complaint handling experience highly regarded
