As they continue to expand their digital footprint, they are looking for a talented and experienced Mobile Platform Lead to join their dynamic team.

Job Description: As the Mobile Platform Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing our client's mobile strategy. You will lead the development and optimization of their mobile applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and provide an outstanding user experience. This is a unique opportunity to influence the digital transformation of a leading firm and drive innovation in their mobile initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the mobile development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.
  • Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve mobile platforms.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable application delivery.
  • Coordinate with backend and API teams to ensure seamless integration with mobile applications.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Lead, Mobile Architect, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful mobile projects.
  • Expertise in mobile development frameworks and languages, including React Native ,Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, and Java.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Experience with mobile development tools and platform build 
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills and ability to drive / communicate business outcomes
  • Solid knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
