Zarafa Group are currently seeking a Field Specialist to join our projects team. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of constructions projects, perform site assessment & surveys and lead a team of employees and subcontractors.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Field Supervisor based in Sydney NSW. 

About the Role:

Assist and Support the Project Manager with all aspects onsite.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist Project Team with the deployment and rollout of infrastructure 
  • Oversee Q&A of construction works undertaken by subcontractors and employees
  •  Interface with developers on project specifications and timing
  • Ensure Health, Safety and Environment requirements and policies are met across the business.
  • Develop relationships with employees and subcontractors
  • Provide regular reporting on the projects to Project Manager
  • Manage workflow and allocating crews new jobs
  • Manage onsite Productivity

  • Project Management Training
  • MS Office including MS Project literate.
  • Project Management Experience and/or Training 
  • MS Office
  • Fiber network design and construction experience 
  • Outside plan design and management experience
