About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Lead - QLD to join our highly driven team here at Halcyon Knights Brisbane.

You will be the driving the success of Halcyon Knights QLD through building, leading and managing the team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly budget and revenue targets, both individual and team
  • Customer Relationship Management database is accurate and up to date
  • Increase net new customers - permanent and contracting
  • Increase contracting base for your practice on quarterly basis
  • Generating cross-selling opportunities for the wider team

About you

  • You will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to lead the Qld Business.
  • Advanced and in depth understanding of the recruitment industry
  • High level of understanding of financial principles and commercial - is able to read/understand /negotiate contracts
  • Uses their in-depth understanding of their individual market to maximise the sales outcomes for the business, both individually and that of team members
  • Results orientated and tracks performance, focuses on profitable opportunities, takes a long-term view of customer relationships
  • Ability to make swift but measured judgements in difficult, ambiguous or new situations
  • Actively manages customer relationships - gathers appropriate customer intelligence, uses problem solving skills for mutual benefit, is an active networker with a strong customer service orientation
  • Are not content with the “status quo” - always looking for opportunities for doing things better, drives organisational change processes
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to manage own and others emotions and impacts effectively
  • Passion for learning - demonstrated by being aware of and implementing best practice business and people systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence, work with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationship
