Our small, high-performance Product team have an amazing opportunity for a dynamic product coordinator at our Alexandria Office. Heavily supported by the Head of Product & Product manager you will run the outfitting department independently once developed over time.

The Outfitting & Teamwear department offers schools & swim/ surf clubs customised swimwear, apparel and caps working with 3 high performance factories domestically & internationally. Daily tasks will include but not limited to; illustrator CAD colour- ups & logo adds, factory costings, data entry/ERP system organising & critical path management of orders.

This is a great opportunity to be developed and learn the business from a junior level. Most importantly you will be working with a high energy, passionate team who love the iconic brand they work for & value collaboration and teamwork as a high priority.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Adobe Illustrator 2024 medium to advanced knowledge in CAD colour ups & logo ad’s.
  • Mid- level- highexcel skills required managingthe range tracker and entering data into the costing matrix to hit required target margin.
  • Data skills entering orders onto SAP system. High Microsoft package skills.
  • Confident phone & email communication skills working with sales accounts & overseas factories.

  • Mid - High level excel & Adobe Illustrator skills required & keen sense to improve skills if need be.
  • Able to think outside the square when dealing with problems.

  • Develop innovative ideas leading to continuous improvement.
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Independent worker who will run the outfitting department.
