Pinpoint Talent are excited to announce a new opportunity with a leading healthcare provider specialising in cancer care. We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) on a 2-year fixed-term contract to bring clinical systems expertise to the design and implementation of clinical solutions.
The Business Analyst for the IT Delivery’s Cancer Care team will provide clinical systems expertise in designing solutions to support the future operations of Cancer Centres. This role involves gathering business requirements for both Medical Oncology/Haematology and Radiation Oncology and ensuring that the clinical solutions meet these requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements to ensure clinical solutions meet the needs of Cancer Care.
- Act as a liaison between clinical operations and IT, translating requirements and ensuring effective communication.
- Provide guidance and advice on sustainable solutions that best meet business requirements.
- Collaborating closely with vendors, partners, stakeholders, and IT to support solution delivery.
- Managing the development, review, and analysis of the organization's clinical requirements, services, processes, and information needs to identify the appropriate product choices and configuration requirements.
- Handling processes related to receiving, reviewing, and actioning requests for new and modified functionality.
- Strong experience in clinical systems and healthcare solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex clinical needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to offer strategic advice and ensure solutions are both effective and sustainable.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant clinical field
- Strong technical skills or experience working with technology
- 3- 5 years of experience working closely with clinical systems
- Proven ability to work independently to support structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyse and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.
- Proven ability to work independently to analyse business goals, objectives, functions and processes, using relevant information and underlying data to support the definition of requirements.
- Demonstrated willingness to share ideas and perspectives and encourage others to do the same
