About the Position:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in propelling our business towards further growth and success. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth actively and consistently through outreach methods, including phone, email, and other approaches.

This position is located on-site at our head office in Wollongong NSW.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate should either have at least 2 years’ expertise in an Account Executive role for Business-to-Business (B2B) sales. Although not required, experience in the transport, logistics, agriculture, or similar industries is valued. An ideal candidate has the following attributes:

  • Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning new concepts and topics as needed, staying agile in a dynamic industry.
  • Possess a genuine desire and passion for sales, with a proven ability to engage in a high volume of client interactions, including calls and emails.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and nurturing relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Inherently self-driven with a clear focus on achieving objectives and exceeding targets.
  • Positive and forward-thinking with a constructive and progressive attitude, both professionally and personally.

Responsibilities:

  • New sales generation through cold-calling and referred to identify potential client requirements, gather a deep understanding of their specific needs, and proposing tailored product solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships within the heavy vehicle transport and logistics sector, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing sales support and strategic guidance.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of regulatory telematics and have ability to effectively communicate how our solutions meet the requirements of; CoR (Chain of Responsibility), HVNL (Heavy Vehicle National Law), NHVAS (National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme), PBS (Performance-Based Standards), and more.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions, conducting ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for introducing innovative products and services.
  • Actively participate in the professional community within the company, contributing to an energetic and innovative workplace while setting the stage for exceptional career progression.
