We are actively seeking an experienced retail manager for our brand new outlet inside Stocklands Hervey Bay.
Becoming a part of the Elite Supplements management team is a highly coveted and prestigious position within the supplement industry, demanding adaptable and accomplished leaders with a wide range of skills.
As a member of the Elite Supplements family, you'll be entrusted to nurture and drive the store as if it were your own. You will receive unwavering support and guidance from our leadership team, aiding your professional development on the path to a highly rewarding career.
We are on the lookout for individuals who:
1. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or sales management.
2. Have a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
3. Share a genuine passion for and possess a solid understanding of health and fitness.
4. Thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
5. Embrace the belief that the customer always comes first.
6. Maintain flexible availability to work on weekends, weekdays, and evenings.
