This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Retail Manager to join our ever growing and well-loved family business. 

The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead our small team of employees and manage the overall store operation. Their responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating staff recruitment
  • Coordinating staff training and development activities
  • Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
  • Assisting with customer service queries
  • Merchandising stock and organising displays
  • Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies 
  • Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed

  • Previous fragrance and retail experience
  • Effective leadership and management skills 
  • Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
  • Efficient problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems
  • Ability to drive and achieve sales
  • Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
  • Dedicated work ethic 

The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
