This is a great opportunity for a passionate early childhood professional with proven leadership experience to lead a motivated, supportive team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the centre, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to provide outstanding care and education
- Develop and implement the centre’s educational programs in line with the NQS and EYLF
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children, and staff
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for all
- Manage enrolments and centre budgets
- Participate in and facilitate staff meetings, professional development, and observations
- Appropriate Early Childhood qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting
- Sound knowledge and commitment to providing a quality curriculum
- Knowledge and commitment to implementing the NQS and EYLF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to create and maintain a positive team culture and environment
