Responsibilities and Duties:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets; identify trends, patterns, and insights; and generate actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.
- Reporting and Visualisation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, providing them with easy access to insights that inform strategies and performance.
- Collaborative Insight Generation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to define data requirements and deliver insights that support team objectives.
- Innovative Analytics Solutions: Explore and implement advanced analytics techniques and machine learning models to enhance Minty's analytical capabilities and competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, ideally in the technology or real estate sectors.
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

The claim of being a leading agent matching platform is based on data from Similar Web which shows more visits to listwithminty.com.au than other major agent matching websites for the period of 1/1/2024 to 1/4/2024.
When a property is sold through a Minty referred agent, that agent pays Minty a pre-negotiated referral fee, typically around 20% of their commission. This allows Minty to provide its agent matching service completely free to home sellers and buyers. Some agents also pay Minty an ongoing partnership fee to be part of their network and receive leads.
Note: In response to COVID-19, Minty has updated its agent vetting process to prioritise agents who have robust safety protocols like virtual tours, social distancing at open homes, etc. Home sellers will be notified if a recommended agent meets these enhanced standards, though they can still view and consider all matched agents.
