We welcome a progressive Human Resources Coordinator to join our high-performing team based 5 days per week in our beautiful Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake.

To be a success and thrive in this role, your attention to detail and autonomy is key to achieving high-delivery results.

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be highly organised and can prioritise tasks, maintain and deliver accurate, high-volume administration in a timely way.

Ideally, you will become a generalist working across all aspects of human resources and activities in the employee lifecycle to deliver high-volume results.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and triage a centralised mailbox
  • Provide first contact support for employees and managers
  • Manage and issue high-volume of contracts and variations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Work closely with Employee Relations Manager, Senior HR Business Partners and Payroll
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business on HR related matters
