About the role

Located at our Brisbane offices, the Land Access Adviser role involves being part of, and eventually leading, negotiations for land access contracts on behalf of the Onshore Development Business. 

You'll contribute to crafting and executing the negotiation strategy, planning, and conducting discussions with landholders and their legal representatives. Given the diverse aspects of land access negotiations, this role requires understanding of negotiation, contracts, and stakeholder management.

About you

You will be experienced in:

  • Business Negotiation: Skilled in deal-making. 
  • Mediation and Solving Disputes: Ability to help resolve conflicts. 
  • Project Management: Organizing tasks for successful projects. 
  • Clear Communication: Proficient at communicating with a variety of stakeholders. 
  • Plning and Prioritization: Organizing tasks and deadlines. 
  • Persuasive Negotiation: Able to shape outcomes in discussions. 
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with technology and support tools. 
  • Land Knowledge: Understand land value and use. 
  • Petroleum Background: Experience in the oil industry is a plus.
