101 Residential, part of the Scott Park Group is a quality award winning home building company based in Perth, building affordable but spacious two-storey homes. Through clever design and quality construction, a 101 Residential home makes the most of every precious square meter of even the narrowest block.

We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in a full-time permanent capacity. Experience in residential construction highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Experience as an estimator preferably within the residential construction industry.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret plans
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate costings through all building stages and suppliers for material orders and pricing.
  • Monitor the progress of the construction projects and resolve issues related to Scheduling and when necessary, escalate to the appropriate Manager for resolution; and
  • Provide timely communications with Construction Supervisors to support the build process and achieve build targets, including assisting with any variations to plans, materials and delivery times
