Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
We are looking for a full time, on site Digital Marketing Manager to support our client's ambitious growth plans.
Leading a small team of a social content creator and a social media coordinator and reporting into the Directors, you'll take ownership for improving the entire customer lifecycle and be responsible for driving the conversions across our markets.
Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager
- Digital Growth Strategy; Develop and deliver high impact digital Marketing strategies across all online channels to achieve revenue goals through increased new customer acquisition and improved retention.
- Management; build, lead, develop, coordinate and inspire a team of small marketing team.
- Creative: deliver strategic direction and insights around dynamic content creation/production.
- Performance Campaigns: design and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEM, and Social to drive targeted results.
- Campaign Management: plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, optimising for maximum ROI
- Data Analytics: utilise data and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to track and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Reporting & Insights: develop comprehensive reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Develop and communicate insight based reporting to drive positive business outcomes
- Agency Management: work with agencies to ensure best plans and content to meet KPIs
- Customer Acquisition; take ownership for our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
- Customer Conversion; own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Working closely with sales and the UX/UI team, you'll identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing and UX.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, as well as comprehensive reporting.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including digital performance media and optimisation
- Understanding of digital tools and platforms including web analytics skills
- Experience with data optimisation techniques, leveraging AB testing, dynamic creative and data triggers
- Ability to manage and oversee campaign budgets and quotes
- Ability to deliver insights and analytics from reporting, data driven approach to strategy
- Strong written and verbal skills to confidently liaise with team members and senior leadership
- Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking for their first managerial role
- Passion for all things digital, core understanding of consumers paths and interaction metrics across digital channels
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within fast paced environment
