Learn more about the gig:Join our Customer Experience team as a Service Provider, where you'll be the first point of contact for Neo's customers. Your role involves providing top-notch support across various channels and building meaningful relationships with our customers. You'll be:
Earn $22.50 CAD per hour¹
Work from the comfort of your home
Work a minimum of 20 hours per week (you can easily schedule yourself for more hours if you want)
Set your own flexible schedule between Monday to Sunday 9AM-10PM EST²

1+ year of customer-facing experience
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation
