MAYDAY are on the hunt for their next superstar TEAM MANAGER of our high performing TEMP DIVISION
About to celebrate our 8th anniversary, MAYDAY are known in the industry for our Care Factor, long standing client and candidate relationships, and dynamic, collaborative team.
Reporting directly to the MAYDAY Recruitment Group CEO, you’ll lead a team of 5 (and growing) experienced and driven Temp Recruiters within our MAYDAY Recruitment brand which focuses on Corporate Support roles across all industries.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of experienced Temp Recruiters
- Facilitate weekly and monthly 1-1’s utilising Bullhorn data analytics
- Develop sales strategies with your team to help grow their desks
- Encourage their progression, identifying where they can develop – coach and train them to success
- Facilitate team meetings, training and contribute to the wider group management meetings
- Stay across the latest legislation relating to temporary worker employment, liaising with our legal team when required
- Run your own temp desk with warm MAYDAY clients
- Exceed your financial targets by placing great temps with awesome companies
- Lead by example, with the highest levels of service across client and candidate interactions
What We're Looking For:
- An experienced Temp Recruiter turned Leader – at least 2 years management experience is preferred
- Results driven individual who’s focused on success
- Ability to follow recruitment and sales processes and train others to do the same
- Someone who cares about others – their team, their clients and their candidates
- Thoughtful, optimistic and solution focused leadership
