Salesforce Project Manager NV1+

What You Will Do:

  • Manage Salesforce development and implementation projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain a service-oriented culture that delivers high-quality, reliable, and timely support to the program.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing team, building effective partnerships with key stakeholders to lead and deliver superior business outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing frameworks, policies, and guidelines that achieve organisational goals.
  • Deliver on outcomes, consistently meeting organisational and business objectives.
  • Provide compelling, concise advice to executives and senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Exercise high-level judgement and decision-making to ensure effective people management within the program.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

  • Demonstrated Salesforce or CRM software delivery experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing challenging projects.
  • A track record of delivering end-to-end projects on time and within budget.
  • Robust knowledge of AGILE project management methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes reactive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in high-quality reporting.
  • Comprehensive change management experience across various business domains.
  • Knowledge of physical and technical security measures.
