Due to unprecedented growth in the Victorian Government Team, Talent Melbourne is seeking a confident, articulate, service orientated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join its high performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Being involved in finding, attracting and qualifying candidates using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools.
- Advertising job opportunities
- Phone screening candidates and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face
- Performing in-depth Reference Checks
- Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process
- A "can do' attitude and desire to win.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, and ability to adapt your language according to conversation.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A positive and collaborative team player approach to work.
- Awesome customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
- A fantastic phone manner. First impressions count
- An outcome orientation. Previous sales/service experience helps.
