Raw Earth Recruitment is thrilled to partner with an emerging engineering and management services company experiencing rapid growth. As the Manager - Mining Projects & Site Services, you will step into a newly established leadership position, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing growth strategies while strengthening key relationships.

What’s involved?
- Leverage your extensive network to generate new opportunities for providing site-based services
- Identify new opportunities by working closely with existing and new clients to understand their needs and future requirements
- Regular engagement with clients for sourcing new opportunities, following up on quotes, and ensuring clients feel supported
- Plan and execute routine site visits (as frequently as reasonably necessary to formulate key client relationships, but may vary depending on business requirements)
- Attend industry events, representing the company to build relationships and awareness across the industry
- Carry out site visits for client meetings, scoping new projects, and other activities
What you'll need
- Extensive and relevant experience within the QLD Mining Industry (or consultancy) in a client-facing role
- Relevant trade or Bachelor of Engineering
- Have worked onsite, or closely with site operational / project personnel.
- Proactive self-starter who can steer their own ship, is open to new ideas and willing to challenge norms, continuously improve, and establish new systems and processes.
- Can demonstrate transferrable knowledge in technical conversations that are both of a familiar discipline, as well as unfamiliar discipline.
- Ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
Ideally, you will be Brisbane or Mackay based, however, this role can be remote, and we can hire from most locations in QLD.
A tailored salary package will be on offer for the right candidate (as this is newly created, we are gauging the market appetite for the skills required)
