The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data integration solutions that seamlessly map objects and fields from various commercial platforms into Decidr's proprietary database. You will work directly with customers to ensure successful data integration, providing them with the support and guidance needed to build robust analytics strategies. Your efforts will play a crucial role in helping businesses grow and achieve their objectives through effective data-driven insights and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data integration solutions, including mapping objects and fields from commercial platforms to Decidr's proprietary database.
  • Partner with customers to ensure seamless data integration and address any issues that arise during the process, including improvements in data quality.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Business Analysts and Data Engineers to enhance and optimize the data integration process, ensuring high standards of data quality and consistency.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, helping them leverage data analytics to drive business growth and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python and technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple platforms such as Salesforce, ERP systems, etc. Knowledge in Stripe Connect Objects is a plus.
  • Data visualisation experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar software
  • Experience with and understanding of Martech platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools, web analytics, customer data platforms) to improve marketing efforts and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data; able to work independently and to meet deadlines
