Your Impact

• Assist with events that bring our community together
• Create a dynamic monthly calendar filled with engaging activities that promote community spirit and support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
• Champion lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives to enhance residents' quality of life, fostering a sense of belonging and fulfillment.
• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, connecting them with essential services and resources to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with village management to ensure seamless operations and contribute to administrative tasks as needed.

We're Looking For

• A passion for service and community
• Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
• A team player with a knack for building relationships
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint & D365 desirable but not essential.
• Certification in Leisure and Health (Cert 4) is desirable, along with First Aid Certiificate.
• A positive, empathetic, and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with residents and create meaningful experiences.
