As an IT Business Partner, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering IT capabilities and services that fuel our business growth in the market. You’ll work hand-in-hand with various business teams, defining and driving digital capabilities to meet their strategic needs.

What You’ll DoProvide Domain Leadership: You’ll drive the development of strategic digital capability roadmaps, develop compelling business cases for digital capability investments, and design solutions to various business problems.
Provide Leadership: You’ll build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, influence strategic thinking, and drive change to support digital capability investments.
Leverage the Matrix Organisation: You’ll demonstrate matrix leadership, empower shared IT teams, and advocate for operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced: Bring your wealth of experience to the table, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience that can demonstrate strong business knowledge, strategic planning and implementation of digital capabilities and business process analysis and improvement.
Industry Aware: Demonstrate your familiarity with the full pharmaceutical industry lifecycle including commercial processes and solutions.
Growth Mindset: Eagerness to develop and grow within the role.
Innovation: Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI and how these technologies are shaping the future.
