The Legal Services team

The Legal Services Team is responsible for the delivery of legal services across ASIC and is instrumental in driving ASIC's reputation as a modern and effective regulator and enforcement authority.

Legal Services is led by the General Counsel, Executive Director and comprises the following teams: Enforcement Legal Services, Regulatory Legal Services, Corporate Legal Services, the Hearing Delegates Panel, and the Legal Operations Team.

The role

This role will take the lead in establishing and executing a Legal Operations Team plan and supporting the Legal Services Operations team to drive continual improvement and innovation, building efficient capability and driving the use of technology to support the optimisation of legal services delivery.

About you

We are looking for someone with relevant senior management experience in legal operations and the delivery of legal services.

You'll need well-developed strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to innovate and embed change along with experience and knowledge of the contemporary landscape of legal technology.

Your strong management, leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills will ensure your success in this role.
