Project Officer

We are seeking experienced Project Officers to undertake significant and complex projects in the Superannuation and Employer Obligations (SEO) business area.
SEO is part the Client Engagement Group and ensures the complex ecosystem of employers, employees, retirees, and super funds operate efficiently, supporting willing participation and safeguarding entitlements. The SEO program effectively delivers the best outcomes for the community, Government, and the ATO.
As a Project Officer, you’ll support the project team, undertaking work in relation to the operation of legislative and business improvement projects, delivering on work items that support strategies and work plans.
You will utilise project and program management frameworks to support the successful delivery of project products and services within agreed timeframes and quality requirements.
You will assist in preparing and maintaining project artefacts, including project plans, status reports and schedules. You’ll escalate any issues or risks for mitigation.
You will consult with key business partners to support the monitoring and progress evaluation of their delivery against agreed requirements.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Parramatta, Sydney CBD, Townsville or Upper Mt Gravatt.
