Biogenics is a house of natural health brands and now also a contract manufacturer. Its director has been in the natural health industry for over 50 years and loves creating new products. Working with his daughter, the pair have created a family business that even if your not family, you will become family working with them.

Bioactiv Healthcare, BioResearch, MyDetoxify and Reach for Life are the brands of the business and as we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary to head our Marketing department and grow our brands to new heights.

We are seeking an experience Marketing person that can start off casual and lead to permanent in the future if the fit is right. This person will be able to outsource, use AI to their advantage, grow data bases and be an avid learner who understands that practitoner only and retail have to different markets.

We understand there is alot to manage in the time given, but this is why you will be able to manage overseas teams who can get work done for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute a comprehensive maketing strategy aligned with the company goals.

Organised Calendarisation: Keeping the Marketing calender up to date and making sure all advertisements, campaigns and events are completed in time and on full.

Brand Management: Overseeing the four ranges in the company and making sure certain targets are achieved.

Digital Marketing: Overseeing the SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and engaging influencer partnerships.

E-Commerce: Bioactiv, mydetoxify, buynatural, amazon, ebay...ensure all websites have a seamless online shopping experience and impleent strategies to increase online sales.

In House Collaboration: working with warehousing and production to keep pricelists, catalogues and campaigns up to date.

Design: monthly specials, monthly newsletters, labels, flyers and brochures. You will need to know Adobe inside and out or be able to have well organised designers in your team.

What we are seeking:

  • Someone with a bachelor or a diploma of marketing, business admin or marketing and design. A minimum of 3 years in Marketing experience. Also working in sales will not be overlooked.
  • Strong organisational skills. Critial thinker who can outsource alot.
  • Above average communication skills and excellent English
  • Proficient in online marketing and growing databases

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
