About the Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of new Greenfield salesforce implementation and leading and shaping the team, whilst also ehnancing the agile transformation across the business. This individual will strong delivery skills couple with experience in delivering Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce teams through the delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Partner with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and system enhancements, documenting requirements, and configuring Salesforce solutions accordingly;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are user-centric and align with business goals;
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Delivery Manager role working on previous Salesforce Implementation projects;
- Strong delivery experience in Salesforce of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Clouds, and platform capabilities;
- Ideally strong experience with Agile development and ability to grow agile maturity across the team;
- Proven success in business analysis and requirement gathering;
- Bachelor's degree in, Information Systems, or a related field and Salesforce Business Analyst certification.
