About the RoleIn this 9 month fixed term contract, reporting to the Head of Customer Focus, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference and add to our work environment, within a place where you can learn and perform to your fullest potential. As the Manager Digital Customer Delivery, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of customer experience initiatives. You will provide leadership to a team of three reports who work with IT and the business to implement, manage and embed digital customer initiatives to drive enhanced experiences and services for our customers and community.
- Lead a consistent customer experience across core digital customer channels
- Manage a customer digital delivery team responsible for implementing best practice digital solutions and experiences
- Mange and deliver a pipeline of major customer projects
Test and operationalisation customer systems, tools, and digital solutions with technical and business teams
- Proven judgment working in a large complexed/regulated environment and working with ambiguity
- Strong leadership and experience managing teams in a customer focused role
- Demonstrated experience in customer experience designusing evidence-based human centred principles and actions to impact change across an organisation
- Experience in the development and delivery of customer systems, services, tools and applications would be advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver programs and projects on time, on budget,
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
