Your new company

In this 3-4 month fixed-term contract, you will be working for a for-purpose organisation based in North Sydney.



Your new role

  • Review and assess any existing learning content relevant to the change to identify changes to content that may be needed.
  • Make changes to existing learning content or develop high quality new learning content as required and approved in project scope
  • Understanding process, procedures, culture and gaps in relation to the project
  • Complete training needs analysis - desktop and in consultation and collaboration with leadership.
  • Where e-learning is developed, we draft, prepare and structure effective test questions to support learning modules.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience of designing, delivering and evaluating online and blended learning solutions within a large, diverse organisation.
  • Developed analytical/technical data skills, including the ability to capture, extract, analyse and interpret data to present information in a meaningful way.
  • Knowledge of learning management and design technologies, including
    Articulate & Photoshop.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, work under pressure, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
