Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Executive Officer, the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing marketing plans and strategies, while coordinating and overseeing campaigns across various channels.
• Overseeing social media platforms, encompassing content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Ensuring the company's website is regularly updated and maintained through WordPress.
• Analyzing marketing campaign performance to gain insights and conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends.
• Supporting event planning and execution.
• Maintaining marketing databases and aiding in lead generation and management.
• Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal employees and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, advertising, or relevant certifications and at least three years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ideally proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software, with essential familiarity with WordPress.
• Expertise in social media trends and digital marketing methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in curating copy and content for brand awareness initiatives.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management as well as time management skills.
