About the Role

ABC Music is looking for a Senior Label Manager to develop strategic recommendations and executions for all physical and digital marketing activity pertaining to ABC Music.

You'll manage the day to day running of the Label Manager team including overseeing Marketing, A&R, Production, and financial budgets for ABC Music in conjunction with the Head of ABC Music.

You'll look for opportunities outside of Australia for growth of our catalogue and potential new signings and to increase the audience.

About You

If you are passionate about music and have outstanding relationship building skills this position is for you. You have current and substantial knowledge and passions of the Australian and International music industry and strong digital marketing experience.

To join this experienced team with open ears and big hearts for music you will bring,
  • Sophisticated communication skills including relationship management skills, written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present ideas and information clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience working at a Label.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team.
  • Experience creating and managing financial budgets, forecasting and P&L monitoring.
  • Demonstrated high level understanding of both physical and digital marketing of music.
