The SolutionsConsultant is passionate about identifying and solving complex businessproblems for our new and existing clients. You will be responsible forproviding technical expertise, product knowledge and consulting and advisoryservices to our Sales & Customer Success Teams and New & ExistingClients. Usingyour expertise, you will assist with scope requirements, field designdocumentation, and change request testing. You will also act as an “expert”product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate andprioritise customer requirements to other areas of the business. A focal pointof your role involves optimising overall efficiency and performance byidentifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.

• Actively engage with clients to understandtheir pain points, challenges, and requirements • Prepare and conduct technicalproduct demonstrations and presentations to Clients (new & existing)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including Professional Services, Product Management, Development teams andother departments to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption

• Provide input into proposals, RFPs, andother customer documents

• Build and maintain strong relationshipswith customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoptionand customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends,technology developments, and competitive landscape to inform and improve oursolutions and sales/customer success strategy

  • Understanding of Australian and/or NZPayroll Compliance
  • Familiar with SaaS business models andSales Strategies
  • Have an appreciation for the nuances ofworking in a growing business, working alongside developers and other technicaland non-technical business resources
  • More than 2+ years in a similar role
  • Experience developing and delivering successful client solutions, pre/sales
  • Experience with HRM, Payroll or RTAsoftware and Salesforce in. Experienced in dealing with pressure, tightdeadlines, and meeting client expectations
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience of building effective workingrelationships with cross functional teams such as Sales & Customer Success
