While this is a remote role, we are looking for candidates ideally based in either Sydney or Melbourne
What you'll be doing...
In partnership with the sales team, help with discovery to understand the client’s pains as well as current applications and data landscape
Explain Visier’s differentiation and value proposition compared to what’s possible with a traditional reporting & BI solution, homegrown system, competitor solution, or Core HR system.
Deliver world-class presentations and demos where you explain and show how Visier solutions can meet their needs and transform their organization.
Ensure successful and thorough communication of the client’s requirements to the Visier customer success (Delivery) team
Responsible for solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
Become a Visier solution expert. Understand how Visier addresses different analytics use cases and be the go-to person for all things solutions related.
Act as a trusted advisor to both the customer as well as our internal teams
What you'll bring to the table...
5+ years experience in an HR-related field such as people analytics, employee engagement, talent acquisition, or learning & development
Ideally you come from a customer-facing role either as a management consultant, solution consultant, or similar field-based position
Excellent communication and presentation skills. You need to be a rockstar in front of customers and instill understanding and confidence in our solution and approach to a potentially skeptical audience.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.
Comfortable working with and presenting to senior and C-level audiences
Strong initiative and self-motivated, results-oriented attitude
