Mobilisation Project Administrator

THE POSITION

  • Work closely with the general services and project manager to support the day to day mobilisation on the Frankston Hospital Refurbishment.
  • Manage daily schedules, provide support in meetings and triage queries and correspondence.
  • Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions as required.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of mobilisation.
  • Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Data entry and word processing.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Archiving and document management.

THE PERSON:

  • Previous experience in similar role.
  • High level organisation and administration.
  • Ability to manage and set multiple schedules.
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, excel and word.
  • Previous exposure to similar role in facilities management or construction.
  • Ability to read and follow contracts.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
