As the Lead Architect/Principal SRE Engineer you will be tasked with enhancing reliability and operability of mission-critical services. You will lead technical aspects of large-scale solutions & tooling and collaborate with senior stakeholders to advance the DevOps/DevSecOps lifecycle, ensuring the services remain market-leading

This will be very hands-on, it will involve designing real-world solutions, custom tooling and working with large engineering teams day-to-day. There will be a lot of Greenfield technology opportunities and career growth available to the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic development of the SRE & Platforms division.
  • Design, develop, and implement tools for operational management.
  • Identify and resolve technology limitations/bottlenecks.
  • Educate teams on SRE/DevSecOps principles and practices.
  • Investigate and address reliability issues.
  • Mentor, coach and lead other SREs.

We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in a Technology Leadership Level Software Engineering or Platform Engineering role.
  • Proven leadership in reliability, monitoring and automation.
  • Expertise in designing and supporting applications and systems.
  • Strong skills in programming languages (Go, Python, .Net, Java etc).
  • Experience with modern software development tools (Git, CI/CD, TeamCity, Jenkins).
  • Public cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch etc).
