The Opportunity

Cleanaway Daniels is an innovative and environmentally focused organisation that provides a wide range of safety and compliance products and services in the Healthcare sector.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our team consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations and business targets. 

  • Lead and coach the customer service and administration team, ensuring development plans are progressing, and market-leading training and delivery of service are achieved. 
  • Ensure consistent execution of administration processes, including sales orders, customer invoicing, credits, and all associated month-end processing and reconciliation, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Reporting and analysis of month-end profit and loss activity and site performance highlighting cost and revenue trends
  • Review the customer service strategy for enhancements and continuous improvements around highlighting risks, opportunities, and alternatives to resolve or enhance service performance.

About You

  • Extensive experience in telesales, lead generation, or call centre operations.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team through change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-of-month administration processes inc EOM reporting. 
  • Proven track record of process simplification & standardisation. 
  • Familiarity with contact centre technologies and customer relationship management platforms
