Key Responsibilities -
-Apply system-analyst techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software or systems functional specifications.
-Arrange project requirements by analyzing requirements, preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of ITSM capabilities, subject matter, and logic.
-Document the functionality and requirements.
-Research, evaluate and recommend solutions and appropriate technology to meet user's needs.
-Ideal candidate coming with manufacturing industry exposure 6-8 years' experience with Service Now.
-Proven experience in ITSM (IM, PM, CM, KM and Virtual Agent)
-Strong background with ITOM (IT Operations Management), CMDB and Service Mapping (Implementation and Support Design), Event Management
-Strong working knowledge of CSDM 4.0 (Common Service Data Model) and clear understanding of Service Now Architecture (demonstrated in previous role(s)).
-Experienced in Dashboard design and reporting
-Ability to guide on Service Now best practices
Soft Skills-
-Strong ITIL skills and understand of SDLC requirements, ability to lead / perform UAT testing
-Proven ability to map business processes and design of workflows
-Effective documentation skills and ability to train on technology use
-Basic understanding of Frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Six Sigma
