Originally established in 1993 with 3 people in the Northern Beaches, we have grown to a team of over 800 professionals spread across Australia and New Zealand. From Civil Landscape construction, Landscape Maintenance, Building Services, Irrigation, Environmental Services and Sports Turf/Golf Course management.

Experience & skillset required?

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as Estimator on large scale Civil & Landscape packages $3m+Oversee the preparation of tender submissions
  • Gather proposals, blueprints, reviews project documentation, plans, details and specifications of project
  • Identify labour, material, and time requirements using provided documentation
  • Prepare and execute presentations to clients, consultants and other external stakeholders
  • Engage in tender review with the Senior Estimator and State Manager prior to submitting any tenders
  • Liaise with project managers during the project to obtain feedback on estimates and modify Benchmark price database accordingly
  • Extensive experience in Civil methodology & constructability
  • Computer skills with measuring software (Adobe, Bluebeam, Mudshark)
  • Must have full Australian working rights for this role

Desired qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Estimating or a related field experience
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Drivers license and WHS White Card
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain
  • Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
