Our client is one of the largest and most successful producers of sparkling wines globally. They also boast an impressive portfolio of branded wines and spirits, delivering a host of well known brands to the market.
They are currently in an exciting phase of their business and are looking to recruit a National Account Manager - Endeavour to report to the Chief Commercial Officer and play a pivotal role in driving ongoing and long term category and sales growth with Endeavour Drinks.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of agreed business and promotional plans to achieve volume, share and profit objectives across the Endeavour account. You will be part of a close knit and high performing team in a progressive business with the support of a global leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual chain & nationals budgets in conjunction with CCO
- Deliver national customer sales budgets via annual Customer Business Plans.
- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for all national accounts.
- Engage and work cross functionally with all key internal and external stakeholders to manage and implement national & state business plans.
- Control and manage expenditure.
- A&P management and reviewing as per agreed framework.
- Regular review and analysis of customer & group sales performance & business reviews.
- Endeavour Drinks or Coles channel account management experience.
- Experience in customer management and delivering on business strategy.
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of the impact on sales, profit and market share of funds invested.
- Superior communication skills and experience presenting business plans to customers.
- Relationship building and influencing skills both internally and externally.
- Experience negotiating to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.
