Be the First Spark

As our Head of Renewable Energy Recruitment, you'll be the first official member of our team. That's right, you'll have the incredible opportunity to shape our culture, define our approach, and build a powerhouse team from the ground up. You'll wear many hats – strategist, recruiter, leader, and rainmaker – and have the freedom and ownership to make it all your own.

  • Setting the Vision: Define our recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract the best candidates and connect them with the perfect roles.
  • Financial Leadership: Be the architect of our P&L, driving growth and profitability.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-oriented work environment.

Remuneration

This opportunity comes with significant financial reward. Including a healthy base, super, bonus and profit share.

  • Salary: $130k - $150k + Super
  • Profit Share: 20% on entire Energy Division earnings.
