Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Support:
  • Invoice and Expense Management: Process and save marketing invoices; Assist in raising and processing purchase orders (POs) for marketing expenses; Maintain accurate financial records related to marketing activities.
  • Marketing Material Coordination: cross-check and confirm marketing materials for various stages and releases; Ensure alignment of marketing materials with the development team’s updates. Verify details such as lot numbers, areas, and boundaries.
  • Online Activity: Assist in managing corporate social media accounts; Schedule and coordinate social media content.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing corporate-level marketing events.
  1. Sales Support:
  • Sales Documentation: Assist in preparing and managing sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in compiling sales reports and tracking sales performance metrics.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Document Translation and Coordination: Translate and process OA documents as needed; Coordinate and translate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes;
  • Database and CRM Management: Maintain and update contact databases; Perform regular CRM data entry and maintenance tasks.
  1. Operational Support:
  • Project RE System Management: Draw and upload lot information in the Project RE system; Rename and bulk upload lot flyers for various projects.
  • Leaseback and Rent Management: Manage quarterly payments for display village leaseback rent.
  • Competitor Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze competitor information on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Long term career aspiration in Marketing and Sales field in Real Estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in the marketing field, especially in the real estate industry, will be a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
