We have anexciting opportunity for a Bids & Pursuits Advisor to join ournational Business Development, Marketing & Communicationsteam.

Reporting tothe Bids & Pursuits Manager, you will be responsible forleading a range of bids across the firm, including tenders,capability statements, proposals and other pitch documents andpresentations.

We areflexible on the location of this role. 

Keyresponsibilities

Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for:

  • workingwith the BD & Marketing teams, Partners and Senior Lawyersto identify opportunities to tender;
  • drafting, editing andproofing bid submissions, ensuring compliance and arrangingsubmission;
  • leadingand implementing timeline process with tender team;
  • workingwith Client Leads on pitching for new work from existing keyfirm clients;
  • workingwith the Communications and BD & Marketing teams on firmaward and international directory submissions;
  • updatingcredentials and information collected during the submissionprocess on profiles, website, CVs and the CRM;
  • ensuringall bid content, including CVs, credentials and firminformation, is updated regularly and accessible;
  • ensuringfiling of all past bids across the firm; and
  • generalcopywriting.

Skills andexperience

We would liketo hear from candidates with the following skills andexperience:

  • minimumthree years’ experience in running bids and tenderprocesses, ideally in professional services;
  • degreein Law, Marketing, Business or relatedqualification;
  • excellent written andcommunication skills;
  • abilityto build and maintain effective working relationship with keyfirm stakeholders;
  • stronginfluencing and negotiation skills;
  • abilityto multi task and meet tight deadlines; and
  • proactive and strongproblem-solving abilities.
