Our success hinges on generating enquiries from couples to suppliers, and we need a talented Senior SEO Manager to lead the charge.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll spearhead our efforts to grow traffic and maximize Easy Weddings' exposure across digital channels. You'll collaborate with various teams, including B2C content, front-end developers, and the EW Product Owner, to drive organic traffic through SEO, content strategies, and more.
As the Senior SEO Analyst your role encompasses a thrilling array of responsibilities. Your primary quest is to transform browsing brides and grooms into raving fans, with driving a surge of enquiries like confetti on a celebration. Armed with Google Analytics 4, you'll uncover hidden insights to guide our path forward. The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced SEO Professional: Proven experience in SEO management, with a track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- Creative Thinker: We value innovation and creativity. The ideal candidate should thrive on thinking outside the box and devising novel strategies to elevate Easy Weddings' online presence.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a curiosity to explore user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Enthusiastic Team Player: Collaboration is at the heart of our success. We're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity, and a collaborative spirit to the table, working seamlessly with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Tenacious and Resilient: SEO can present challenges, but we need someone who remains unfazed, resilient, and able to think on their feet, even when navigating uncharted waters.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia full-time to be considered for this role.
- Deep understanding of e-Commerce and CX standards, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
