St Mary's Primary School is seeking a passionate, leading educator to join our team as Head of Wellbeing and Inclusion starting at the beginning of Term 3 or by negotiation.

The role will be a full time Leadership position with a POL 3 tenure.

The successful applicant will:

  • have a lived passion for Wellbeing and Inclusion.
  • be skilled in leading and coordinating initiatives to support diverse learning needs.
  • be able to collaborate with teachers, parents, and key stakeholders to assist all learners to flourish.
  • have experience and knowledge of the NCCD funding model, Child Safety and relevant legislation and the associated documentation requirements.
  • have demonstrated leadership capabilities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
