Management Accounting & Budgeting (Accounting)

Brilliant opportunity to join a innovative technology business that has recently gone through a restructure to accommodate their continuous growth over the past decade. Through largely organic growth, they have taken ownership of a large chunk of the market share and now dominate their competitors. The organisation is well known for their fantastic flexibility and positive culture where they recognise and value their employee's efforts.

This outstanding Management Accountant position has become available due to a restructure within the business. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Construction of financial reports and dashboards
  • Insight into cost performance against budgets and targets
  • Assisting in budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial analysis to identify risk, trends and opportunities
  • Providing commercial insight to company strategy
  • Effective business partnering with financial and non financial stakeholders
  • Participation in process improvement initiatives

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be CA/CPA qualified with at least 7-8 years' experience working in a large complex organisation. Additionally, you will need to have fantastic communication skills, good time management and a high level of commercial acumen.
