Deine Mission:
Du bist verantwortlich für Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb  des MarTech Stacks für das gesamte Marketing Department mit Schwerpunkt auf 1st Party Daten und Marketing Automation. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du als  Inhouse Consultant deine Kolleg:innen bei der Lösung aller technischen Herausforderungen im Digital Marketing.

Deine Aufgaben im Einzelnen:

  • Marketing Automation (Weiterentwicklung, Workflow-Design, Training)
  • Lead Generierung / Lead Management (technisch/organisatorische Verantwortung)
  • End-to-End Tracking-Strategie (technisch/organisatorische Verantwortung)
  • Reporting Infrastruktur (SEM, (Paid) Social, Website, Campaigning, Lead)
  • Website (Tag Implementierung, CMS, Optimierung (A/B Testing))
  • PPC (Setup, technischer Betrieb und Optimierung von Search und Social Accounts)
Das bringst du mit
  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/ Medien oder in angrenzenden Bereichen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bevorzugt in einer Digital Agentur, Unternehmensberatung, Technology Start Up oder einem OEM
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Entwicklung und Betrieb von CRM / Marketing Automation Lösungen (idealerweise HubSpot)
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Entwicklung und Betrieb von End-to-End Tracking Systemen (idealerweise mit Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
  • gute Kenntnisse in Website Technologie (CMS, Tracking, Tag Management, idealerweise Wordpress)
  • gute Kenntnisse in PPC Anwendungen (Google AdManager, fb Business Manger, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • technisches Verständnis auf hohem Anwenderniveau
  • strategisches Denken, Lösungsorientiertheit, Hands-On-Mentalität
